Terms
All work is documented and billed on an hourly basis. Work which can be done remotely or at my office costs $95 per hour. Work which requires my physical presence at the customer site costs $125 per hour. For all assignments, there is a one-hour minimum.
Payment is due immediately on completion of the task. You may pay by check or PayPal.
All completed tasks are documented by e-mail. Reports are written in plain English, with the audience presumed to be both the business owner and the technical peer.
